Microsoft anti-trust ruling

Today’s landmark ruling against Microsoft is a victory for a left-leaning anti-business regulator, and will do nothing to promote software innovation. The EU’s meddling in market forces is a strategic error. What motivation is there to produce high quality intellectual property if that property is going to be hijacked by the Superstate? Moreover, what motivation is there to produce and distribute software in such a dual-standard regulatory environment?Jurisidictions such as Jersey, provide an ideal alternative for software distribution. Jersey possesses tough IP rights, is outside of the EU, and yet maintains strong financial and infrastructural links with the EU. Please mail me direct if you’d like more information.
